Paul Dovas
Chief Executive Officer

Paul was appointed CEO in August 2010. He previously was
employed as the Director of Audit Services of the ABC and CAB
since September 2008. Prior to this, he was a consultant to the
industry bodies on the digital sphere. Paul has a 10 year history
with the media industry with professional qualifications,
extensive audit experience and unique knowledge of the
ABC and CAB.

Heather Craven
Director of Marketing & Communications

Heather has held the post of Dir of Marketing & Comms since
2000. Prior to this, she was a Publisher with Reed Business
Information, one of Australia’s largest business to business
and specialist publishers and has over 20 years’ experience
across the many facets of publishing in a range of senior roles.

Ben Willson
Head of Digital Services

Joining the ABA in 2012, Ben previously headed up online
services globally for Nielsen's Consumer Research business.
Prior to Nielsen, Ben ran Web Development and Marketing
Communications companies in New Zealand after a number
of years in traditional and digital media. Ben brings with him
extensive experience in Digital Media, Online Services and
Business Transformation.

Fabien Thoumazeau
Head of Operations & Compliance

Fabien has held the position of compliance manager at the ABA
since September 2010. He brought with him over 15 years’
experience in the media industry. In his native France, he
created, launched and managed a group of 25 magazines with
circulation in excess of 100,000 copies for its major titles.
Fabien has over eight years’ experience in the Australian
magazine and newspaper circulation and operation
management with Fairfax Media and EMAP.
