ABC’s circulation data for the period ending December 2009 was released earlier this month. With more than 130 magazines and 290 newspapers auditing, the data revealed some interesting trends.

For the first time preliminary release subscribers had a sneak preview of trend reporting which provided detailed analysis of Average Net Paid Sales data including percentage changes period to period and year to year. ABC is soon to launch more trend reporting functionality where preliminary subscribers will be able to build their own reports looking at trends back to 2006 when the ABC rules were changed.
